Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. If it is longer, I will contact you. Processing time is the time the order takes to create, not shipping time.
First class will take 3-5 business days (longer during busy times i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day). Priority shipping should take 2-4 days (not guaranteed), Express shipping is 1-3 days. I also can ship Fed Ex overnight and 2 day. Please email me if you would like Fed Ex instead of USPS and I can quote you a price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to return/exchange something, you will need to pay for shipping back to me.
I am not responsible for USPS or Fed Ex shipping times. I can only control creating the item and shipping it out. Shipping fees will not be refunded if something doesn't get to you by the date you need it due to the USPS or Fed Ex error.
During the holiday seasons, shipping can and probably will take longer for you to receive your package. Make sure you leave yourself enough time to receive the package if the package is a gift for someone special.
All items are packed in a bubble mailer envelope to ensure your product is protected. All shipping prices include gift box, bubble mailer, and labor. The product is not insured. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact me via email@example.com.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact me and I will try my hardest to address your concerns. I work very hard to ensure that my jewelry is clearly described and represented. However, if your jewelry is not what you expected, you may return the item to me (in original condition) within 7 calendar days for a full refund, less any shipping charges. The item must be sent securely to prevent damage and must be sent back in its original packaging (i.e., box and/or zip-lock bag).
Please note that I will not refund or exchange personalized orders or earrings.
I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange in the case of legitimate product defect. If you feel an item has a defect, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item.
A full refund (minus return shipping) will be available within 14 days of receipt of the purchased jewelry. The buyer pays return shipping. The refund will be applied once the item is received by myself, the seller.
